Google API User Data Policy

FitMetrics’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use your Gmail data:

Our platform accesses your Gmail messages specifically to identify, display, and organize communications from your registered patients. This allows healthcare providers to:

  • Identify incoming inquiries from existing patients.

  • Read the content of patient emails to provide medical context.

  • Reply directly to patient messages from within the FitMetrics dashboard to ensure continuity of care.

Data Protection and Privacy:

  • No Advertising: We do not use your Gmail data for serving advertisements or for any marketing purposes.

  • No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Gmail data to any third parties.

  • Human Access: No human at FitMetrics will read your email content unless we have your explicit consent for technical support purposes, or it is strictly necessary for security investigations or to comply with applicable laws.

  • Data Retention: We only process email data that matches your registered patient list; all other personal correspondence is ignored and not stored on our servers.
